"terms_summary": "Dirtsmith may build competing tools based on marketplace demand data; we never use sellers' code or private files. Free listing, no login, no payment. Listing is public and labeled 'unverified, seller-submitted' until verified. Paid use through Dirtsmith is NOT live and may never launch. Payouts would start only after paid use is live and your listing has generated revenue; planned seller share: you keep 90% of net revenue (10% Dirtsmith cut) for your first 12 months after paid use launches, then 85/15. Net means after payment-processor fees, refunds and chargebacks. Terms may change before launch with notice to listed sellers. Nothing is owed to or by anyone today. Efficiency tier: listings in the top quartile of Dirtsmith listing_check scores pay 8% (12% after the first 12 months) instead of 10%/15%. Reachability: verified listings get at most one HEAD request to the declared endpoint per 15 minutes from User-Agent DirtsmithRateSheetProbe/1.0 (with this URL); we honor robots.txt (Disallow for DirtsmithRateSheetProbe or *) and back off 1 hour after HTTP 429. Opt out: Disallow us in robots.txt, or POST /sell/optout {id, token} using your verify token. Dirtsmith may remove any listing."
