   "abstract": "The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or Agency) is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the Agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), Federal Agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on the information collection provisions of FDA's guidance for industry entitled \"Channels of Trade Policy for Commodities With Residues of Pesticide Chemicals, for Which Tolerances Have Been Revoked, Suspended, or Modified by the Environmental Protection Agency Pursuant to Dietary Risk Considerations.\""

   "abstract": "This notice announces that pesticide related information submitted to EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), including information that may have been claimed as Confidential Business Information (CBI) by the submitted, will be transferred to the Eastern Research Group (ERG) in accordance with the CBI regulations. ERG have been awarded a contract to perform work for OPP, and access to this information will enable the ERG to fulfill the obligations of the contract."

   "abstract": "We are advising the public of our decision to deregulate Chrysanthemum White Rust and authorize the importation of Chrysanthemum spp. cuttings, in vitro plantlets, and synonymous taxa from certain countries into the continental United States as described in this notice. Based on the findings of the pest risk analyses, which we made available to the public for review and comment through a previous notice, we modified and updated the commodity import evaluation and pest list documents and determined that the importation of Chrysanthemum spp. cuttings, in vitro plantlets, and synonymous genera from certain countries does not pose a risk of introducing quarantine pests into the United States."

   "abstract": "This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of phosphatidylcholine (CAS Reg. No. 97281- 47-5) when used as an inert ingredient (adjuvant/carrier) in pesticide contraceptive formulations applied to cervid, porcine, raccoon, and bovine. Compliance Services International on behalf of SpayVac-for- Wildlife, Inc., submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of phosphatidylcholine, when used in accordance with the terms of that exemption."
